NSW

Mrs. was fined a sum of $1500 for the detection of prohibited substance Frusemide being found in the greyhound ‘' after it competed at on September 23, 2022. The greyhound was disqualified from race 9, with Mrs. Richardson's 50-year prior history with no similar offences taken into consideration when determining the penalty.

Victoria

Mr. was fined a sum of $500, with half-suspended for a period of 24 months pending no similar offences, for engaging in conduct that was considered detrimental to the image and and control of greyhound racing, for the manner in which he spoke in an aggressive, loud and hostile manner towards , after being asked at the meeting on October 24, 2022, to have his greyhound checked by the on-track veterinarian.

Queensland

Mr. was fined a sum of $500, with $250 suspended for 12-months pending no further similar offences, for breaching rule 156(f)(ii) of . The rule states states a person has, in relation to a greyhound or greyhound racing, done something, or omitted to do something, which, in the opinion of a controlling body or the stewards: (i) is corrupt, fraudulent, or dishonest; (ii) constitutes or is negligent or improper.
