Approaching the final turn, Miss Slimm moved from second to pass the leader on the bend and ran on to win.
She beat home Endless Dancing (+3300) and Shanti by six lengths in a time of 30.31.
Last time out, on August 28, Miss Slimm finished sixth in a field of eight over the 531m at Bundaberg after winning at the shorter 460m on August 21.
