Murray Bridge greyhound races transferred due to COVID exposures

Greyhound Racing South Australia () has announced the two upcoming Murray Bridge greyhound race meetings will be transferred to other track due to COVID.

GRSA said the transfers were necessary as it “is managing ongoing resourcing issues as a result of exposures and the requirement for key staff to isolate”.

GRSA said that COVID positives among key staff had left them unable to properly resource the Murray Bridge facility over the next seven days.

The Murray Bridge greyhound meeting set down for Sunday, 3rd April 2022 will now run at .

The Murray Bridge greyhound meeting set down for Tuesday, 5th April 2022 will now run at .

The Heats for the Daish Irrigation and Fodder Maiden programmed will now be delayed to another Murray Bridge meeting.

The Heats for the Bitches Grade will be moved to another track meeting.

who had initially nominated for Murray Bridge's Sunday races will now need to renominate for Gawler if they wish to compete at this meeting. Nominations for Gawler on Sunday will now close at 9am with GRSA.

Sunday's Gawler night meeting will be Gawler grading with Gawler Prov 1 prizemoney.

Tuesday's Angle Park greyhound meeting will be an Angle Park Prov 2 meeting for prizemoney and grades.

Additionally, all trials will be cancelled at Murray Bridge until Wednesday 6th April (circle track only).
