Redshift Unicorm win again at Mt Gambier
Redshift Uniform notched up her third straight win while showcasing her love of the stayer's distance with another win at Mount Gambier on Sunday afternoon.
Trained by Jason Newman, the chaser lined up as a short race favourite in the 732m contest, paying -500 with online greyhound bookmakers.
With the small three-dog field, Redshift Uniform jumped from box five to sit last in initial stages with Velocity Lotus, who was the +1100) roughie, giving the rest something to chase out the front.
Around the first bend, Tigger's Run (+400) swung wide to take the lead and dictated terms for the majority of the rest of the trip before Redshift Uniform swept up in the home straight to win.
Redshift Uniform beat Tigger's Run by 3.25 lengths in 43.78.

Redshift Uniform has been serving up dominant performances of late over the 732m trip at the South Australian track, with six wins and two minor placings from eight starts.
Redshift Uniform joined the Jason Newman kennel in August, and she saluted at her first start for the new kennel over the Mount Gambier 600m journey.
In the seven starts since that debut for the kennel, she has only been unplaced once; and it was at her only starts away from Mt Gambier at Angle Park.
From a 100% winning Barcia Bale March 2021 litter of seven out of Taylor Made Star, sister Redshift Tango and brother Redshift Alpha have both earned $15,000 in prize money.
