Traralgon greyhound race meeting abandoned due to lure problems
The Traralgon race meeting scheduled for Wednesday, January 10, 2024, had to be canceled due to issues with the lure according to an announcement made by Greyhound Racing Victoria (GRV).
The main concern was ensuring the safety and well-being of the greyhounds and everyone involved.
To compensate for the abandoned races, the prizemoney will be distributed equally among the runners who were eligible at the time of cancellation.
Additionally, participants will receive travel and starters payments well.
Unfortunately, the mixed 6/7 395m series has been completely cancelled without starting a single race.
