2015 Bold Trease heats – best free tips & top bookmaker prices

SUPERSTAR stayer Sweet It Is will be aiming to secure her seventh Group 1 title when she contests the second of four heats of the Group 1 Bold Trease at Sandown Park on Friday night.

The daughter of Mogambo and Off Springer, which took out the race last year, is currently the $2 favourite with Bet365 to claim back-to-back runnings of the $100,000-to-the-winner feature, the final of which will be held on November 20.

Also well in contention is the exciting It’s A Plane ($2.75) while Bourbski Fever ($6), Luna Jinx ($8.50) and Spring Trail ($8.50) are also given a strong chance.

It’s A Plane will jump from box eight in heat one and be looking to make it three in a row for trainer Wayne Vassallo. He is the deserved $2.15 favourite in a quality field which includes Luna Jinx ($3.50) and the talented Ada Mary ($7.50 with William Hill).

Bourbski Fever comes into the race having won four of her last seven starts, with two recent victories over the track and trip at Sandown Park. The daughter of Buck Fever and Midnight Movie is $4.40 to take out her heat from box one, but does have to contend with the champ Sweet It Is ($1.70) in box five.

The top two from each heat will progress through to next Friday’s final.
