Dapto greyhounds preview & top betting tips | Thursday, May 16
Dapto Dogs will do it all again this Thursday night with 12 races ready for decision. The first race will commence at 6:55pm local time, and the highlights will be the middle-distance event and the non-graded sprint. Australian Racing Greyhound has had a look at the track and the runners and will try to find you a winner or two.
Race 3: Trunkey Shearer (1)
Trunkey Shearer has only had the four career starts for two win and two seconds and is a dog with a bright future ahead. Both his wins have come at Dapto and he loves an inside box, which he gets here. He will get plenty of room early when Glamourous Ethics moves up the track, and if he can replicate the time he ran in his maiden victory, Trunkey Shearer will win this race.

Race 7: Forners Storm (1)
Forners Storm has won six of 11 starts at Dapto — including the Easter Bunny series last month — and returns home after an unsuccessful campaign at Wentworth Park. He is well drawn down by the rails, with a slow beginner outside him. If he can use his early pace, Forners Storm should be leading this for a long way.

Race 6: Flyin’ Ethics (6)
Flyin’ Ethics just can’t draw a box of late and again gets the awkward six box. He showed great pace from box seven last start at Wenty to lead a quality field and held on well for fourth. He has broken the 17 seconds here, which only one of his rivals can also claim. He will be at massive odds with the top bookmakers and should give us a good sight if he begins well.
