Rockhampton greyhounds racing takes place over the 407m, 510m and 630m distances.
Nominations will be taken between 8.30 am and 9.30 am every morning on 1800 851 155.
Rockhampton trials must be booked by 1.30 pm on Fridays. Trials will only be conducted if reasonable numbers are booked.

The Rockhampton club was officially opened on May 13, 1982, and is affectionately known as “Callaghan Park”, although using this name could be referring to the horse racing track.
Rockhampton greyhound track’s earthworks and cambers are based on the provincial Victorian track Cranbourne.
The club was named after its oldest member, Dr William Callaghan, in March of 1912.
Racing at Rockhampton is every Wednesday evening at The Common circuit over 407, 510 and 630 metres. The Rockhampton racing distances were previously 293, and 710 metres before being changed due to a lack of numbers for the longer journey, with the 293m trip lengthened to 407m.
The Rockhampton greyhound track surface was previously a sandy mix of materials before being converted into a loam surface in 2011. The threat of monsoonal rain and flooding was a major factor for the re-surfacing and the Rockhampton racing has been flood-free for many years.
The Rockhampton Greyhound Racing Club hosts the Rockhampton Cup, the Rockhampton Derby and Futurity over 510m. They also run the RQ Young Guns over 407 and 510 metres as well as the RQ Maiden ‘1000 Series over the same distances.
