Wentworth Park will play host to 10 quality races this Thursday night, with the first to begin at 6:52pm local time. It will be a great night of racing with lots of up-and-coming greyhounds plying their trade. Cunningham took on the MDC Maiden series to begin his career and won his heat impressively before finishing fourth in the final. He then came out and beat a strong fifth-grade field in good time. With a vacant box underneath him, he should get all the favours down the centre of the track early in this race.

Race 9: Vonnie’s Power (1)
Vonnie’s Power took 10 starts to break her maiden but has now won two of her last four. She has been an ultra-consistent chaser, with two wins and nine placings from 13 career starts. She lacks early pace, which puts her in some awkward positions; however, with the perfect box draw she should be able to position up close early and power past this field in the latter stages.

Race 4: Mark To Market (3)
Mark To Market was sizzling over the sprint distances at Richmond before running into a good one on her Wentworth Park debut. He has only had 10 career starts for four wins and three placings, never finishing worse than fourth. Mark To Market should have no problem leading this race; the only question that remains is whether he is strong enough to hold on over the 520m.
