Extended repairs at Bundaberg Greyhound Club delay January racing
Remedial work on the Bundaberg Greyhound Racing Club track will extend into 2025, resulting in the suspension of all racing events at the venue throughout January.
After thorough discussions with contractors, Racing Queensland (RQ) determined that additional time is required to complete the necessary repairs to ensure the track meets safety standards.
To support affected trainers during this period, local trainers will continue to receive a $100 travel subsidy per meeting until further notice.
