10BABAGOI [5]Res.5255625.99(7)D Eddy (Kialla West)

Unbroken (8) comes here with very strong NSW form and in the majority of his races to date he has shown explosive early speed. From the pink he should get a fairly clear passage soon after box rise and that should allow him to muster pace and cross the field. He has two quick wins to his credit over this journey so if he does cross them early he will prove very hard to reel in.

Triple Indy (6) is a highly promising speedster and she looked impressive when scoring at in 22.06 last time out, the box draw doesn't help tonight but with an even getaway she should get a chance to make an impact.

Soda Man (2) is another who has shown great talent in a brief career, he was a top 25.53 debut winner here earlier this month and a similar effort tonight will see him make an impact on the semaphore board.

Northern Dancer (7) is the only other genuine chance, he has been placed in two of three here and he shouldn't be too far away again.

Top Four: 8 – 6 – 2 – 7

9TILLA BALE (NSW)[5]Res.14417FSHT Womann (Lara)
10SHINTARO JUNETSU [5]Res.6217825.78(1)B Kinder (Girgarre)

Premier Hawk (1) has won four of nine starts to date and his two most recent victories have come from this draw. If he can step away cleanly he should have enough speed to hold them out and as they turn for home he should have a race winning lead.

Mister Sunraysia (5) does his best racing here and if he can find the rail early he should be a major player, three starts ago he looked impressive when posting a strong 25.66 victory here.

Jimary Vixen (4) is a classy NSW chaser who is better known over longer journeys, if she can avoid early bother she shouldn't be too far away at the finish line.

College Queen (2) rounds out the winning hopes, she is much better than her recent form suggests and she has the ability to ping the lids. If she happens to cross the red early she will give a great sight at nice odds.

Top Four: 1 – 5 – 4 – 2

Suggested Bets:

Win bet on Premier Hawk with Sportingbet.

Exacta: 1,4,5/1,2,4,5 ($9 for 100%)

Best Roughie:
Race 6: Dolce Vita

What was the rort in Race 7 at Shep? $73 k hold with the only 3 chances blown out on the tote and 4 outsiders right in. Some dog that was no chance was $3.30 tote favourite ($14 fixed). The winner was $2.20 fixed (its correct price possibly a little overs) but paid $6.30 on the tote.

Very interesting tote flucs at the death tonight..someone or more likely some group manipulating tote pools to try and beat the system. Would love to hear the story behind this should anything come to light.
R7 is classic example…N1 $26 fixed and $15 mid tote..jumps at $4.20..meanwhile N3 and winner is $1.95 fixed and $2.30 mid tote and pays $6.30 on stab..the group has cleaned up here
