An interim suspension has been placed on Mr. Colin Wasson, regarding the investigation of alleged animal welfare breaches. This matter is ongoing, pending the finalisation of enquiries. All greyhounds have been removed from Mr. Wasson's care.

Mr. was fined an amount of $1,000 after the banned substance diclofenac was detected in the greyhound Patonga Dave, after it competed at Lithgow on October 22, 2022. The greyhound was subsequently disqualified from race seven.

Mr. Bradley O'Neil was handed down a suspension of four-weeks for the banned substance hydrocortisone was detected in the greyhound Bestow Keeping, after it competed in race 10 at Bathurst on September 26, 2022. The matter has been referred to the Victorian Racing Tribunal, who will conduct a directions hearing to program a hearing on the penalties, given the guilty finals in three (3) instances.
