Friday’s free greyhound racing multi bet selections

SO close but yet still so far away yesterday with two out of the three legs saluting. I hope you had something small on the first two legs to win separately as they both went around at nice odds and both managed to win. Hopefully we can today and that will give us some extra spending money heading into a busy weekend of racing.

Leg 1 – – Race 1: Bolero Icon To Win $2.20

Bolero Icon has only had the two starts but she has been placed in both attempts and last week she turned in a mighty performance when narrowly beaten over this track and trip. From the inside draw today, I’m expecting her to fire through and hold the early lead and if she does find the top, I can’t see them getting past her. Her personal time last week was under the 22.60 mark and if she reproduces that effort she will win quite easily.

Leg 2 – Bulli – Race 3: Shine For Me To Win $1.75

Shine For Me is an enormous talent when on song and last time out she returned to the winners list with a dazzling 19.93 win. She hasn’t raced for one month, so she should be nice and fresh and I would expect her to fire out of the . With a record of five wins from 17 attempts here, she appears to have a fair bit on her rivals and although she is quite short it does appear to be pinching money.

Leg 3 – Bulli – Race 4: Run To Place (Top Two) $2.10

Run Velocette has always saved his best for this track and he appears suited in this company. His record here over 472m is highly impressive and his racing pattern suggests that he is better suited to this journey. I’m expecting the red to show a little bit of dash early and that should allow him to get a nice run through in the dash to the first corner. If he can settle in the top four and get out into some open space, he should be able to power over the top of them in the closing stages and a top two finish looks likely.
