Greyhound Racing Tips For Monday 16th September 2013

Things are starting to look surprisingly good of late. We had a solid $5.00 winner on at , the winner and trifecta in order at Wenty Park Saturday night -Proven Impala paid $2.80 and the Tri $36.30; and a solid effort last night, with 2 winners and a second. Zipping Hurf won well at $4.60 and Double Bubble at huge odds of $26.00 was beaten a length on the line finishing second. So it's been a solid and prosperous last few days and lets hope the the run can continue.

Albion Park Greyhounds Race 5 Box 2 Charter 8.06pm

I like the chances here of Charter to from a last start last. There's Zero speed here in this race early and he should without a doubt bounce straight on the bunny. He's a pretty solid beginner and the only way he won't lead, is if he completely bombs the start. Two starts ago here on a Thursday night he flew the lids and run a quick 10.04 first section, but was run down a beaten in a fast 35.22. I doubt they will break 35.45 here tonight. From the moment the lids fly open Charter should be off and gone, and nothing will be able to make up the ground here on him tonight. He won't be huge odds, but he may sneak out to around $2.40 and at that price he's tonight's unbeatable bet.

Angle Park Greyhounds Race 9 Box 1 Bubba Ray Dudley 9.18

Box 1 here is not ideal for Bubba, but he's racing super and should be winning this. If he had of drawn any other box here in this he'd be unbeatable bt he tends to jump and head to the outside, and if he begins slowly here tonight he'll end up buried. I've watched the replays and he should have enough early toe to hunt up from the cherry. Once he finds the top he should stay and win the race. He's a little flat footed mid race but so are most of theses here in this. The biggest danger is Fender, and followers of our selections will no doubt be aware of my opinion of him. I've tipped him in his last few and he will only need luck initially to be a huge danger at the finish. Bubba Ray Dudley the winner, Fender the Roughie.

Launceston Greyhounds Race 5 Box 2 Feraro Dreams 9.02pm

It's been a long time between drinks here for this fellow and surprisingly he's yet to get across the line in first here at . This looks yet another great opportunity for him to win one. He's good early and fair mid race, and he does look as if he can find the front here tonight. If he does find the top he may be hard to catch and punters may see a roughie salute here in this. The biggest danger is Captain Cosmin who is returning after a long spell. He's a brilliant dog and is easily capable of winning this if he's 100%, but after a long lay off I'd prefer to watch him tonight. Ferraro Dreams big chance at odds.

Best of Luck
