Altica appears well placed in the pink and she should improve on her luckless effort here last week. After beginning well she was pushed wide at the first turn and unfortunately put out of the race. There doesn't appear to be as much speed in today's race and she should be able to settle in the top two and she will prove too strong in the run home. Footrot Fanning has the class edge and he is capable of reeling off very slick sectionals, however the only knock on him is that he is slow to begin and will get a long way back early. Penny Fidget is the likely leader and she may be able to hold on for a place, whilst Cool Mini has the good draw and she shouldn't be too far away.
