The Mt Gambier Greyhound Racing Club, in Mount Gambier, South Australia, is set to host an exhilarating greyhound racing event on the Sunday, April 7, 2024.
The first race is slated to kick off at 12:29 PM promising an array of races, including the heats of the 2024 Group 3 Mount Gambier Cup.
Mt Gambier has attracted eight high quality heats of this year's cup running from Race 2 through to Race 9.
This prestigious race is an Open grade competition showcasing top tier greyhounds from the region competing over the 512 metre distance for the club's feature race of the year. With a prize pool totalling $3,000, the winner of each heat stands to claim $2,100 in winnings, plus a spot in next week's Group 3 final.
