This son of Zambora Brockie has won two of his past five races, including a personal best of 29.58 over this track and trip two starts ago. Since then, he has run third in a much stronger mixed-grade race in the city. He is a two-time winner out of box five and appears to get a lovely cart into this race from the dog drawn inside him in Farmor Casual. Expect Sir Banjo to find a lovely position leaving the first turn and prove too strong over the concluding stages.

Race 4: Counterpunch (5)
Darren Taylor has Counterpunch flying as he looks to complete his hat-trick. The son of Fernando Bale has shown brilliant box manners from middle draws to find the front and score two consecutive wins, running around 23.7 on both occasions. He faces a similar field now, with the likes of Showtime Bart and Lady Leslie finishing behind him last start. He is a three-time winner from box five, and with another smart getaway he can prove too speedy again.

Race 12: Allegation (8)
Allegation made his masters debut last Wednesday with an eye-catching effort. Finding interference after a poor start from box one, he worked to the middle of the track and thundered home late for fourth. The knock is he has only won twice in 54 starts; however, he faces similar opposition here and has drawn perfectly. Allegation won't get a better chance to claim his third career victory.
