Race 1

Usain I'm Nutty is a highly promising type and he is getting better with every start, he lacks early speed but he does have good track sense and he is armed with a powerful finish. In recent weeks he has been racing against some quality opposition and this is clearly the easiest race he has contested for a while. I'm expecting him to settle mid field and he should then make a strong move as they head for the back straight.

Fixate is drawn to hold the early lead and he should give a nice sight. Three starts back he posted an impressive 29.64 victory here and if he holds them out early he is probably capable of going a lot quicker.

Johnny Mobster can be hit or miss early but he is drawn to get a nice sit behind Fixate in the early stages, if he can avoid bother at the first bend he should run a cheeky race.

Black and Pretty has a great turn of foot and if she happens to cross she could get the cash at each way odds.

Top Four: 6 – 1 – 2 – 5

Suggested Bets:

Trifecta: 6/1,2,5/Field ($18 for 100%)

Quinella: 6 to rove with 1,2,5 ($3 for 100%)

Race 2

Miss Mayflower is making her Sandown Park debut but she has won five of ten in brilliant fashion and she is drawn to get all the breaks in this event. With the red expected to lead, she should be able to drive up at the first turn and settle in second of third spot as they head for the back straight. She is quite strong in the run to the line and she should be able to reel in the red as they turn and head for home.

Cash has recently joined the powerful Ennis kennel and she has won three on the trot in explosive fashion. She is expected to lead for a long way tonight but this is a rise in class so she will need to find plenty in the home straight.

Quarterback is a big talent but he relies heavily on luck in his races and from box six he is going to need everything to go his way early. Back in December he did post a highly impressive 25.25 win and on that occasion he beat the classy Jamiela Twist.

Bob can be hard to follow at times but he really caught the eye when winning at Warrnambool last time in 25.40.

Top Four: 2 – 1 – 6 – 3

Suggested Bets:

Win bet on Miss Mayflower

Boxed Quinella: 1,2,3,6 ($6 for 100%)

Exacta: 1,2/1,2,3,6 ($6 for 100%)

Trifecta: 2/1,3,6/Field ($18 for 100%)

Trifecta: 1,2/1,2/Field ($12 for 100%)

Race 3

Tough race but Miss Cersei was probably the most impressive heat winner and she looks well placed to win again. Last time out she settled mid field but when she got into some open space off the back straight she went into overdrive and powered to the line before scoring in 29.83. The time wasn't flashy but she found a bit of bother in the run and I'm expecting her to find plenty on the clock.

Alpha Leva Keato was never headed in his handy 29.71 heat win and if he holds them out again from the red he should give a great sight. There isn't much speed drawn directly outside him tonight so he should get all the breaks in the run to the first bend.

White Walker could be the value in the event, he was far from disgraced when narrowly beaten last week and he has more than enough talent to match it with this lot, the draw is against him but he has great place prospects at nice odds.

Image Puzzle rounds out the chances, she is capable of crossing to the early lead and if she finds the bunny early she may prove hard to catch, however to have any chance she must lead.

Top Four: 3 – 1 – 6 – 5

Suggested Bets:

Win bet on Miss Cersei

Boxed Quinella: 1,3,5,6 ($6 for 100%)

Exacta: 1,3,6/1,3,5,6 ($6 for 100%)

Trifecta: 3/1,5,6/Field ($18 for 100%)

Race 4

Eyeful Of Bling is a big talent and he should be suited to the 595m journey. He can be unreliable at box rise but he does have the ability to ping away and when he does he can run some serious time. Back in early December he timed the start well and posted a blistering 24.72 win, if he can turn in a similar performance tonight he will take a power of beating.

Cosmea is dropping in class and she has been placed in her three tries over this journey, she normally begins well so with a clean getaway tonight she should settle in the top three early and she will be quite strong in the run to the line.

Crafty Maisy has the good draw and she has been racing in consistent style at present, if she can ping away and hold them out she should be able to play a major role.

Baron Bling rounds out the chances, he was solidly placed over this trip two runs back and although this is a rise in class he should be up to the challenge.

Top Four: 4 – 5 – 1 – 3

Suggested Bets:

Win bet on Eyeful Of Bling

Boxed Quinella: 1,3,4,5 ($6 for 100%)

Exacta: 4,5/1,3,4,5 ($6 for 100%)

Trifecta: 4/1,3,5/Field ($18 for 100%)

Race 5

Samus Allen hasn't had much luck in recent weeks and from the rails draw she should get every chance to return to the winners list. Two starts back she turned in a strong performance when placed in a heat of the Paws and she should be suited by the drop in class. She normally begins well and if she can step cleanly she will have more than enough speed to drive to the early lead and she is a different chaser when on the bunny.

Xtreme Knocka won at Ballarat from this draw two runs back and he was far from disgraced when placed in a heat of the Warragul Cup, he can be a little unreliable at times but from the red he should get every chance to hold a forward position early.

Morningside turned in a strong performance when placed here last week and she shouldn't be too far away again, she doesn't win very often so she could be a great anchor for third and fourth in your exotic bets.

Ibrox Digger has a good record here and he can run a cheeky race at odds, the box draw doesn't help but he does have good track sense.

Top Four: 2 – 1 – 7 – 5

Suggested Bets:

Win bet on Samus Allen

Boxed Quinella: 1,2,5,7 ($6 for 100%)

Trifecta: 2/1,5,7/Field ($18 for 100%)

Trifecta: 1,2/1,2/Field ($12 for 100%)

Race 6

Great race and if Quasi Bale can get away cleanly he should take a power of beating. He is one of the most promising staying prospects in training and two starts back he set the track alight here with a blistering 33.89 win. On that occasion he pounced on the lead and reeled off crazy sectionals, tonight there is very little speed in boxes one to three, so he should get every chance to fire to the early lead.

Come On Fantasy turned a few heads at Albion Park last time when scoring in a near record 34.64, that run sort of came out of the blue and I'd prefer to see her do it again before I declare her a star in the making, obviously if she repeats that effort she will give Quasi Bale a run for his money.

Ralphy Cinel is much better than his form reads and he returns to his favourite track and trip, he normally begins well and he should match motors with the four and five for most of the journey.

Texas Titan is suited to the wide draw and he has been racing well, I dont think he can win tonight but he is a must for the exotics.

Top Four: 5 – 4 – 6 – 7

Suggested Bets:

Win bet on Quasi Bale

Boxed Quinella: 4,5,6,7 ($6 for 100%)

Exacta: 4,5/4,5,6,7 ($6 for 100%)

Trifecta: 5/4,6,7/Field ($18 for 100%)

Race 7

Kicking Rocks was a recent finalist in the Group One Thousand Final and he should be suited by tonight's wide draw. He has won here previously in a slick 29.49 and he should get a nice cart across from Astromatic in the first 50m. He is a better chaser on the bunny but he does have the ability to come from off the speed.

Astromatic should roll to the early lead and he is unbeaten in his two tries here. He isn't overly strong but he is improving with each run. He is the only genuine leader in this race so I'm expecting there to be a lot of shuffling behind him early so he may be able to build up a nice lead mid race.

Weston East has a great record here and he will be very strong in the run to the line, he should be suited by the rails draw and he just needs an ounce of luck at the first bend.

Gorham Bale rounds out the chances, he is likely to get a long way back early but he can sneak home into the money.

Top Four: 7 – 6 – 2 – 4

Suggested Bets:

Win bet on Kicking Rocks

Trifecta: 7/2,4,6/Field ($18 for 100%)

Trifecta: 6,7/6,7/Field ($12 for 100%)

Quinella: 7 to rove with 2,4,6 ($3 for 100%)

Race 8

My Bro Fabio returned to racing here last week and he should have derived a lot of benefit from that run. He looked as though he needed the hit out and I would expect he to front up a little sharper tonight. Tonight's event features a fair bit of early speed and that should work in his , he will settle back in the field but with the leaders expected to bunch up he shouldn't be too far off the lead as they reach the back straight. He is extremely powerful and with a clear run he will prove extremely hard to hold out.

Marcus Joe is racing in great form at present and from the red draw he should hold a forward spot in the early stages, if he happens to hold them out and lead, he will prove very hard to reel in.

Deadly Vane made an impressive debut here last week when winning in 29.29 and he should probably be able to go a bit quicker tonight if he finds the again.

Blue Giant could be the value, he is likely to settle mid pack and if he gets into some open space he should be able to make a strong move mid race.

Top Four: 8 – 1 – 4 – 3

Suggested Bets:

Win bet on My Bro Fabio

Quinella: 8 to rove with 1,3,4 ($3 for 100%)

Exacta: 1,4,8/1,3,4,8 ($9 for 100%)

Trifecta: 8/1,3,4/Field ($18 for 100%)

Race 9

Footluce Diva flew around here last week when scoring in 34.13 and a repeat of that effort will see her win with ease again. She possesses handy early speed and with two wide runners drawn on her outside she should be afforded all the breaks as they head into the first bend.

Lektra Hawk made his middle distance debut here last week and he was far from disgraced, if he can push through at the first bend and settle in the first half of the field, he should be right there at the end.

Cornelius Fudge has a great overall record at this venue and he should be steaming home at the end, he may get too far back early to win but he could be a great anchor for second and third in your exotic bets.

Hala Belle could be the value, she resumed from a six month spell last time at Bendigo and she should have derived a lot of benefit from that run.

Top Four: 1 – 2 – 5 – 4

Suggested Bets:

Trifecta: 1/2,4,5/Field ($18 for 100%)

Exacta: 1,2/1,2,4,5 ($6 for 100%)

Quinella: 1 to rove with 2,4,5 ($3 for 100%)

Race 10

Scintillating appeared to be struggling for a while, but at last time he showed that he is back to his best with a blistering 25.56 win. The box draw doesn't suit tonight but he does possess dazzling early speed soon after box rise and with a clean getaway he should be able to drive to the early lead. If he can reproduce his 29.26 PB run here he should be able to get the cash.

Mepunga Ranger has the good draw and he was far from disgraced when placed here last week, from the red he should hold a forward spot early and he will be very strong in the run to the line.

Margins really caught the eye with a brilliant 29.30 win here last time and he only needs an ounce of luck early to feature.

Yanick Allen has shown tremendous improvement in recent weeks and she must be respected again, this is a big rise in class but she did look impressive in her 29.33 win here last time.

Top Four: 5 – 1 – 4 – 6

Suggested Bets:

Win bet on Scintillating

Boxed Quinella: 1,4,5,6 ($6 for 100%)

Trifecta: 5/1,4,6/Field ($18 for 100%)

Exacta: 1,4,5/1,4,5,6 ($9 for 100%)

Race 11

Grand Intention is an exciting prospect and he should make up for his luckless effort here last week. Two runs back he destroyed a handy lineup when posting an impressive 27.98 Bendigo win and if he can show similar speed tonight he should get the cash with ease. He is likely to be short odds but he does look the goods.

Dyna Nihilist can be hard to follow but he is capable of good things when he is switched on, he will get back early on but if he can find the rail mid race he should be able to make a powerful move and put himself into contention.

Frank Furter has the speed to lead and he could run a cheeky race at odds, whilst Dyna Fatbob has been racing in solid style and if the favourite happens to make some mistakes early he will get a chance to score.

Top Four: 3 – 7 – 5 – 4

Suggested Bets:

Win bet on Grand Intention

Quinella: 3 to rove with 4,5,7 ($3 for 100%)

Exacta: 3,7/3,4,5,7 ($6 for 100%)

Trifecta: 3/4,5,7/Field ($18 for 100%)

Race 12

Duomo Bale is a massive talent and his effort at the Meadows three runs back was extremely impressive. He isn't the best beginner but he does have a nice turn of foot and with slow beginners drawn around him he should get every chance to push through into a prominent position at the first turn.

Andiamo Neo has the good draw and he keeps going from strength to strength, he is armed with solid early speed and if he holds them out early he will be running time on the bunny.

Velloway is dropping in class and he should be hitting the line solidly, he tends to find bother in the run but he should appreciate this class and he has the talent to win.

Dyna Chaser rounds out the chances, he has been placed in four of five here and he does have solid mid-race pace.

Top Four: 6 – 1 – 3 – 7

Suggested Bets:

Win bet on Duomo Bale

Boxed Quinella: 1,3,6,7 ($6 for 100%)

Exacta: 1,6/1,3,6,7 ($6 for 100%)

Trifecta: 6/1,3,7/Field ($18 for 100%)
