Tonight’s big Shepparton greyhound race meeting set in the Goulburn River region of Victoria, Australia, guarantees a night of great greyhound racing excitement on Saturday, June 15, 2024.
A series of 12 races, each one a rich Pink Diamond Final race over various distances and for various grades, will be on show with the opening race at 6:05 PM AEST.
Every single Pink Diamond final carries Listed level black-type group status.
The highlight races of the evening are unquestionably the 2024 Listed Pink Diamond Champion Sprinter Final and the 2024 Listed Pink Diamond Champion Distance Final.
The Pink Diamond Champion Sprinter Final (Race 8) boast a prize pool of $74,500, with each with winners pocketing $50,000. Quality group racing greyhounds Matt Loch and Transponder will contest the 450 metre Listed race.
The 2024 Listed Pink Diamond Champion Distance Final will be run over 650 metres and will carry the same prizemoney as the Champion Sprinter Final. Scheduled to race as Race 9, a highly talented field of emerging stayers will be vying for the $50,000 first prize.
