Best Bet – Zipping Orlando (Race 1)

This son of Zipping Garth and Zipping Dharma, Zipping Orlando is only a relatively young greyhound and has only had the three starts to date but if you saw his run last Wednesday night ( and if you didn't go watch it please) you will know why he is the best bet. He did a couple of minor things wrong and then charged to the front and stopped the clock in 29.58 seconds which is a top class time. Remember that was start number three and his first race look at Wentworth Park. There is a real chance off box one this boy will improve another tenth of a second or two and run Group One times this week. He will be a short price but will be a wonderful way to get some early bank to play with. So sit back and watch Zipping Orlando Bloom.

Danger: It's Got Legs who can break 30 seconds but will have a tough ask getting near Orlando.

Next Best Bet – Fast Reason (Race 3)

In a good race there is no reason Fast Reason can't continue his outstanding Gardens form here at Wenty. He has been superb in his last two wins running best of night on both occasions and pinging the lids and giving nothing else a chance. There is a real threat that this son of Aston Dee Bee and Zakusa Zipper will do the same again tonight and use box eight to perfection and race down the middle of the track and run around the 29.8 mark to a good win. He has won three of his five career starts and the only knock on him is his only real failure of his career was in a hot maiden at Gosford off this same box. Having said that he is so much more experienced now and expect a good quick win from him tonight.

Danger: Red Hot Frankie who is in astute hands and can show enough pace to worry our top pick early, but he will go left to the fence and give Fast Reason every possible chance.

Best Value Bet – Charisma Boy (Race 4)

This boy's last win was off box one and while he hasn't shown his best around here, Charisma Boy is in the very strong Denice Warren kennels and Denice certainly knows how to get a greyhound across the line. Zipping Wilbur and Denise's other runner Mowski Bella will probably dominate the market which will allow Charisma Boy to get out to very good value and should get a good trail into the race along the fence and might just get some luck at the first turn which would allow him to career away with a good win at good odds for us all.
