Canya All Class set to return to track in Maturity Classic heats
Canya All Class is set to return to the track at The Meadows this Saturday for the Group 1 Maturity Classic heats after being out of action since March due to an Achilles injury.
Trainer Jess Hopkins is confident in Canya All Classs readiness for a comeback, expressing relief that everything has gone smoothly during the recovery period.
The greyhound had its final practice run at The Meadows on Monday morning, clocking in at 24.50 for the post-to-post trial.

With a track record of six wins out of 10 starts and a fastest time of 29.561 at The Meadows this year, Canya All Class is anticipated to be a contender in the upcoming Maturity Classic heats.
The Maturity series caters to greyhounds born on or after January 1, 2022, with the additional The Fireball heats for stayers also scheduled for this Saturday’s event.
Nominations for the Maturity Classic heats will close on Wednesday at 2pm followed by field selection after.
