Veteran chaser Chevy Assassin will look to continue his good run of from at The Gardens today when he contests race three, the www.go2020.com.au stake.
The son of 2004 Australian Greyhound of the Year, Whisky Assassin and Hot Treasure, who will turn the ripe old age of five in a month’s time, won in a slick 29.81 last start, within a length of his best time of 29.77 which he ran over a year ago.
The victory was his 14th in a 48 start career which has seen him bank over $25,000 for owner trainer Jody Manuel.
