GHRRA Stewards To Enforce Scratching Rules On Trial Dogs
Owners and trainers please be aware that NSW GHHRA Stewards have today elcted to enforce compulsory 10 day incapacitation stand-downs on all scratchings.
Previously the “10 day rule” on New South Wales has only been applied to official race scratchings and greyhounds scratched from qualifying trials have been allowed to scratch without penalty.
In New South Wales, as of the 1st January 2009 in accord with Rule 23(4), NSW GHRRA Stewards will impose a 10 day incapacitation certificate on all greyhounds scratched from all qualifying trials.
