GRNSW Go “LIVE” Across The State

Greyhound () is set to embark on a whirlwind tour across the state to provide members of the sport a convenient face to face way of renewing their memberships with GRNSW.

Eleven “Live Sites‟ across the State, including one in , will be staged allowing Trainers, Owner/Trainers and Attendants to complete their 2009/2011 membership renewal.

Selected “Live Sites‟ will also have staff members from our grading team available to answer questions about the NSW Grading Policy and to demonstrate how members can nominate greyhounds online.

GRNSW Chief Executive said the “Live Sites‟ initiative was conceived to make the process of renewing memberships more “member friendly‟ given the large number of members involved.

“We will process more than 6,000 renewals over the next month or so and the “Live Sites‟ enable members of the sport to have their details checked and their memberships renewed quickly and easily face to face without having to trek into our offices in Sydney or send anything by mail,” Mr Hogan said.

“The “Live Sites‟ also give our team a chance to meet members on a one-to-one basis and answer questions for them about the services of GRNSW at the track while they are waiting to see their greyhounds race.”

The “Live Sites‟ will occur at selected race meetings over the next two weeks and will begin, in most cases, before the start of kennelling and conclude between race three or four.

Also in attendance at some „Live Sites‟ will be coordinator who will be able to talk to owners and trainers about the adoption program and how they can sign up their own greyhounds to be in the program.

Members will receive their renewal forms in the mail shortly and these need to be presented at the “Live Sites‟ for the renewal to occur. Details of the “Live Sites” are below.
