Saint Dora & Kamaco Impressive Gosford Winners
With the holidays almost over quite a good crowd ventured to Gosford on Tuesday night to witness another exciting ten event card of greyhound action.
Racing opened with a 515m Maiden and Cranebrook trainer Craig King produced a first starter Best Of Elite to score a determined win.
By Elite State Ex Summer Haze this black bitch took full advantage of box 1 to virtually lead throughout in a time of 30.46 secs.
Not to be outdone another member of this litter namely Kamaco scored a hollow 9.25 lengths victory in the 400m maiden running a smart 23.39. Kamaco is also owned by Kayla but she trains this one herself.
Having her first start over the 515mt trip proved no obstacle for Apache Gem when she scored a 4 lens win in 30.34. Owned by Calvin White and trained by Scott Payne, Apache Gem had previously been racing over the 400m trips, but showed her appreciation for the step up in distance.
Gosford race again next Tuesday night when another attractive ten event card is programmed.
and what happens to her after that?
