Wednesday night’s Wentworth races abandoned due to flooding

WEDNESDAY night's ten race card at Wentworth Park tonight has been abandoned after flash flooding in the Sydney area.
Flash flooding has impacted the track to the point where racing is unsuitable at the track and Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) advised trainers just after 9am that the meet would be called off.
Tonight's Wentworth Park Greyhounds in Sydney have been postponed due to the amount of rain that is forecast for the remainder of the day.
GRNSW policy states no distribution of prizemoney or travel allowance.
All nine other Australian greyhound meets remain on schedule for Wednesday.
