Winlock Way Out wins again at Gunnedah to add to impressive young career

Winlock Way Out is proving to be a serious up and comer with another impressive win at Gunnedah on Thursday night.

On his first look at the Gunnedah 431m trip last week, some online bookmakers had the -trained dog paying +220 as starting favourite.

He would hit the lead with a clean jump from the box five, and take the win by just under a length, despite a challenge from the fast-finishing Rocky Banner, in a time of 24.94 best-of-day.

The top betting sites took notice of that performance, having him as race favourite again this week, but this time paying as short as -400 in greyhound betting odds ahead of box rise.

His first career start was over the 272m at , where greyhound betting apps dismissed his chances, sending him to the boxes at a starting price of +650.

He would show what he could do with a win on debut by a margin of 5.75 lengths, beating the -153.85 favourite Panda.
