Jet Keen and Julia Bush win Gunnedah Million Dollar Chase heats

Jet Keen leads them for home in heat two of the 2023 regional series.

Jet Keen returned to the winner's circle for the first time in four months after taking out one of two heats of the Million Dollar Chase (MDC) regional series at Gunnedah on Thursday.

The Allan Syphers-trained chaser lined up as a +1200 prospect in the 527m heat, against a hot favourite in last year's Group One Peter Mosman Opal winner Embrace paying just -181.82 with greyhound betting sites.

Jumping from box three, he got out to sit second behind bolter Moon Shine (+7000) before moving to the lead turning the first bend.

Kicking away, Jet Keen turned the final corner, with Embrace carving across to the rail, throwing down the challenge to the leader but finishing second.
