Dapto Thursday betting tips & quaddie picks | November 23, 2023
Thursday is Dapto Dogs race night, and that means another 12 sensational greyhound races for us to dissect. The first race is set to begin at 6:58pm and there will be a great mix of grades and distances on show, with the final of the middle-distance championships over 600m topping the bill. As always, Australian Racing Greyhound will try to find you a winner or two with our Dapto greyhound betting tips.
Race 11: Good Odds Honey (1)
This girl won three starts back and has been a model of consistency since. She led and was run down on the long Bulli home straight on November 14 before returning to the winner's circle at Richmond on Monday night. She has three wins and two placings from seven starts at Dapto and loves an inside box. She is stepping up in class and has a couple of smart ones drawn out wide, but the red rug and strong box manners should give Good Odds Honey an edge.

Race 5: Kambosos Junior (2)
This exciting young greyhound has won four of his first seven starts, with a couple of placings to boot. His only miss was on debut and his recent Goulburn form has been first class. He is making his Dapto debut in this race but is one from one out of box two. He meets a moderate fifth-grade field with no other dogs having broken the 17-second mark, and if he can just nail the start from a good low draw, Kambosos Junior will be very hard to beat.

Race 6: Trunkey Chief (8)
Trunkey Chief started at very short odds here last week, winning his maiden in good style and good time. He has only had three career starts and last week was his only success, but he took on a few good fields at Wentworth Park to start his career. While he meets a strong fifth-grade field here, he should get room to move early as Lochinvar Pearl heads to the fence. The big question is whether he can match motors with the quick dogs drawn near the fence, but if he can improve on his first run here, Trunkey Chief will be right in the mix at good odds.
