Dapto Thursday greyhound tips & quaddie – December 7, 2023
Dapto will host 12 star-studded races this Thursday night, with the first set to begin at 6:57pm local time. The meeting includes heats of a fifth-grade series and a couple of very nice 600m races. As always, Australian Racing Greyhound will try to find you a winner or two with our free Dapto betting tips.
Race 7: Big Tuna (8)
This boy has only had the nine career starts, for two wins and four minor placings, and jumps quickly to the 600m. He destroyed a field over the 565m at Maitland, which suggests he will handle the distance without a problem. He beat a good field at Wentworth Park last week and looks nicely placed in this restricted race. While he is none from one out of the pink box, there are no quick beginners in this race, and if he can just avoid the trouble at the first bend, Big Tuna will be well placed to open his Dapto account.
Big Tuna (8)Race 9: Good Odds Honey (3)
Good Odds Honey ran third here on Monday night in a non-graded affair after just missing the start, and she now drops back into a fourth-grade race. Last Thursday night, she sped out and set up a race-winning lead from box two. She will need to show that early brilliance again, as the four inside dogs all have good ability. Good Odds Honey loves Dapto, where she has four wins and four placings from 10 attempts, and has never missed a place from box three.

Race 12: Aston Clicquot (2)
This girl won her maiden in good style here last week from this box. While the time wasn't flash, it was her first visit to the races and she should take immense improvement from the run. She has more upside than most in this race and has usually moderate beginners all around her. If she can improve on the clock, then there is no reason Aston Clicquot cannot make it two from two in what is a very open race.
