Wentworth Park Saturday tips & quaddie | December 2, 2023
Wentworth Park will host another wonderful 10-race program this Saturday night, with the first race set to begin at 6:21pm local time. While it's great to see the stayers back at Wenty, the highlight of the card is undoubtedly the non-graded race featuring Mortified and Eyes To Eyes. Race 2: Big Tuna (4)
This boy stepped up to the Goulburn 565m last week and absolutely destroyed that maiden field, winning by eight lengths in quick time. He has been to Wentworth Park twice and ran a very nice second in 29.8 back in October. He is not a quick beginner but has a very big motor, and if he is given enough room to fully wind up in this six-dog race, Big Tuna will be storming away from them to open his account at Wenty.

Two starts ago, from the same box at the same track, Leg Speed used the draw perfectly to run a very quick 29.74 and won by 11 lengths. Now, he will be slow out of the boxes, as per usual, but if Tiggerlong Car stays wide like he normally does, our guy will get all the room he needs to zip along the rails and race away with it. If he can just stay out of trouble, Leg Speed will record win number four at Wentworth Park.

Race 1: Bandit Bullet (6)
This boy has been a touch disappointing in his last couple of runs at Wentworth Park and, as a result, has been given a little break by master trainer Andy Lord. Four starts ago he beat a handy field here from this same box in under 30 seconds and then followed that up with a flying Goulburn win. If he can find that sort of form, with a vacant box under him, Bandit Bullet might just lead this race from box rise to winning post en route to a sixth win from 14 starts at the track.
