ARG special Best bets set for Bendigo Cup day

Grafton Race 8 Box 4 Wilby

Three starts – three wins – Dave Irwin trainer. Tick – tick – tick. You shouldn’t need any further convincing. The only amazing thing is we are getting black odds. Just wins.

Grafton Race 9 Box 1 Hara’s Flame

Cost us last start but reckon we’ll be getting that back with interest today. Last two failures have been from wide draws and comes back down on the rail today. Should make amends.

Ipswich Race 4 Box 1 Ticket To Paris

Back to Ipswich and the 431m trip after a few disappointing and costly efforts at Albion Park. Draws box one and should get every chance to correct the last few starts, but is very very short.

Richmond Race 5 Box 1 Double Flash

Getting a ridiculous price about Double Flash tonight at Richmond who is on debut at the track but ran a flying 20.82 best of night at her first start at Nowra, and has above average ability. First start here but looks a class above and has the rails draw.

Bendigo Race 8 Box 3 Regazzoni

Handy 4th/5th grade at Bendigo here tonight but the Angela Langton trained Regazzoni looks to be able to lead from box three, and has the ability to go on with it. Should be able to lead the two drawn to his inside and hopefully steal a break.

Cannington Race 10 Box 6 Madeline Keeping

Good beginner who has been taking every step with ease in WA. Hasn’t started from box six before but has won both her starts from box five. Has now won four of five starts here at Cannington over the 380m and doesn’t look like stepping up in grade will stop her.
