Greyhound Betting Tips For Monday 20th January 2013

Albion Park Greyhounds Race 9 Box 5 Howard Rhino 9.26pm

This fellow made his debut way back in the , and he easily won his heat and looked a talented type. But he was beaten in the final and hasn't really gone on with it since. He's a slow beginner, but is very strong and he has a big motor once wound up. He's only had 12 starts which suggests to me, he's injury prone; bt he's back here tonight fresh from a four month spell, and he looks well graded against these in this. He's awarded no favours here in drawing box five but he should represent double figure odds. There's not a great deal of pace early so that will suit him. With the right run and a good jump, which he is capable of, he will be a huge eachway chance in this. One to follow.

Angle Park Greyhounds Race 3 Box 1 Boonoona Boy 7.19pm

Easy race but no value here, so were going to try and pick the trifecta on order in this. Box one runner Boonoona Boy looks the on top selection after scorching here last start in a fast 29.97. He did that from box one and he should have no trouble doing the same thing again here tonight. Box two runner Cherokee Mclaren looks the clear and he should have no trouble dropping in behind the fav early. For third box eight runner Handsome Blue, he's strong and can run time given the right run. He's likely to be back early here in this but he gets to the line really well and should find third placing. Punters taking the trifecta can hope for a dividend of around $9.00 about the trifecta combination.

Hobart Greyhounds Race 8 Box 3 Miss Kiss 10.05pm

Tough race and line honours here go to Miss Kiss in this. She's been racing in great form since returning to the track, and looks a real chance to lead all the way in this. She's not super strong so she does need to ping and lead, but she's got the pace and is jumping well. She will only be $3.00 but keep backing her while in form.

Warragul Greyhounds Race 8 Box 8 Hurricane Ash 8.28pm

All this bloke needs to do is ping and find the lead to win this. He's quite strong and loves drawing off the track. One out he's probably the quickest dog in the race, but he's very moody and can often disappoint. He's drawn the box and has the right runners underneath him to get the drag across. He should start at odds of around $5.00 with some speedy types drawn the rails. With a clean get away and a bit of luck he gets his chance.

Best of luck
