Greyhound Tips For Friday 31st May 2013
It was quite a good night last night despite only getting 2 out of 5 -Pumped Up Zarr paid $3.20 and the brilliant Bergermiester paid a whopping $9,00.
Ipswich Greyhounds Race 10 Box 2 Larkhill Locky, 6.53pm
This looks the perfect race for this bloke to notch up win number 9. He’s by far the best credentialed dog and has a solid 25.43 PB here. Box 2 will suit an he should jump away with them and look to wind up mid race. As long as the 1 does its job and fires out, our selection should get a lovely camp in behind him here. He’s quite strong over 431 and backers will get a great sight here for their money.
Gawler Greyhounds, Race 9 Box 1 Uncle Al, 4.07pm
Uncle Al gets his chance to break back into the winners circle today. He’s yet to score from the red with 8 goes from box 1 with 6 placings but today looks as if its the day to break his duck. He does have a solid PB of 22.85 and I can’t see the outside division crossing him early. Flying Candy should be cutting across hard but I doubt whether she can come from behind Uncle Al to beat him. If the uncle can boot up and hold his position early. Backers will get a great sight.
Wentworth Park Greyhounds, Race 8 Box 6 Midnight News, 9,40pm
This girl has a huge motor evident in her 29.45 win her a couple of starts ago. The step up to 700 shouldn’t worry her, and she should be off and gone in the early stages of the race. Where’s Keroma is also capable of blistering times, however he has already proven himself over the trip. It appears a match race and one which will come down to who stays the trip the better. I’m going with Midnight News.
Wentworth Park Greyhounds, Race 1 Box 1 Aurville 7.22pm
This bloke appeared promising early on on his career, but has struggled since. He has won the 3 races but really struggled since. Box 1 here at Wenty and is a huge advantage, and I’d be having a sly eachway on this guy at big odds. He’s much better then his form suggests.
Geelong greyhounds, Race 7 Box 5 Allen Orville, 9.10pm
Going to go with the strong and talented Allen Orville here. Oenjay Dancer will likely start favourite, but I doubt she can win, and I suggest waiting util she finds the winners circle again. Allen Orville has early toe and can run solid times. He’s past couple of wins at the Meadows have been good and I expect him to assert himself well her tonight. The big long run in will suit and I’m confident he’s going to run a race here tonight.
Best of Luck
