Angle Park Race 2 Box 4 Alicante Bouchet
Alicante Bouchet has the excellent record of seven wins from 10 starts, most over the shorter distances but is fitter for this now at her third run over the 515m. Got run down on debut at the track and distance, but found the line at her second attempt in 30.08. Will be fitter and more conditioned and is ready to break 30 seconds.
Crownbet are betting $2.25 while the other place is betting $2.50.
Grafton Race 7 Box 6 Hara's Flame
Hara's Flame burst the unbeaten run last start missing the start on debut at Grafton and flying home for second.She had won six of her seven previous starts at Albion Park and Ipswich, so have to assume she will be better for the look at the track last week. On best form today she is just too good for these.
Sportsbet is top odds of $4.50 which is exceptional value for the best dog in the race.
