Gawler greyhound meeting rescheduled due to hot weather
The Gawler Greyhound Racing Club has recently announced that their upcoming event on Wednesday, January 24th, will be held in the morning due to the predicted hot weather conditions in the area.
The deadline for nominations for this event was extended until 12:30pm Friday.
As of this morning, a total of 63 greyhounds have been nominated.
The official race times will be provided once the final lineup is determined.
It is expected that the racing will occur between 9:30am and 12:30pm.
Greyhound Racing SA (GRSA) greatly appreciates Sky Racing's cooperation in adapting to this change to accommodate the club's weather policy.
This policy aims to prioritise the safety and well-being of all participating greyhounds.
