Nowra greyhound meeting abandoned due to weather
The greyhound racing meeting that was supposed to take place at Nowra tonight, January 15, 2024, has been cancelled due to weather and the condition of the track.
Officials from Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW) made the decision after taking the participants' welfare and safety into account.
As a result of the cancellation, GRNSW will provide travel subsidies to all participants who have entered their dogs for the event.
These subsidies will be directly deposited into their designated bank accounts.
GRNSW apologises for any inconvenience caused by the cancellation.
