Silver Goblet’s Best Of Day Gives Peter Simpson A Casino Double

A brilliant beginning enabled Silver Goblet to set the time standard of 27.44 for the 484 metre journey last Friday. Exiting from box four, he was soon on the bunny and left his opponents in his wake as he carved out a 5 1/2 length victory.

The most impressive winner on the day was Pretty Norris who ran a sensational 22.85 in winning by eight lengths. Snitcher returned to his best with a good win in the other distance race for . It was her first attempt at the journey and she never looked like stopping when winning by 3/4 length from the well performed Oh My Papa. She ran a very respectable 35.83.
