South Australian stars shine in Anniversary Cup heats
The 52nd Anniversary Cup at Angle Park in Adelaide has finalised its lineup after three heats.
Despite the representation from out-of-state contenders, it was the stars of South Australia who shone brightest, clinching victory in all three heats.
In the first heat, Ravers Army, under the guidance of Tim Aloisi, displayed his skill by taking the lead and maintaining it to secure a win by a narrow margin in 30.78 seconds.

Aloisi celebrated a triumph as Kai Bale followed up with a performance after his recent Mount Gambier Cup Consolation victory, triumphing in the second heat with a time of 30.32 seconds.

The third heat witnessed Riot Rooster, trained by Ben Rawlings, continuing his streak at Angle Park with a showing that resulted in a personal best time and victory in 30.24 seconds.

The final starting positions were determined through a box draw held on site, with Buddy Monelli, Cindy Keeping, Tom Keeping, Zali Keeping, Ravers Army, Riot Rooster, Fantastic Spike, and Kai Bale securing the eight spots.
