Temlee, Zoom Top hopes withdrawn due to injury
With Group 1 greyhound racing set to light up The Meadows this Saturday night, organisers have confirmed key changes to the fields for the Temlee (525m) and the Zoom Top (730m).
Dutch Riot was set to line up in the Temlee final, but Colin Bermingham’s chaser was withdrawn on Monday due to injury.
As a result, first reserve Idolize has been promoted to the final eight ahead of Tuesday’s box draw, with Hector Frawley stepping into the reserve slot.
In the Zoom Top, second reserve Locked On Scotch has been pulled from the field due to the injury.
Again, the announcement came after the close of nominations but prior to the box draw, so Al’s Entity moves into the reserves.
