Times Three returns a winner at Albion Park
Times Three lined up for the first time in three months and served up a huge performance to win at Albion Park on Monday night.
The Greg Deering-trained chaser started in the 520m contest as the race favourite, paying $3 with greyhound betting sites.
Jumping from box five, he shot out to grab the lead and found open air to dictate terms from the front.
As the field turned the bend, Times Three kicked away to take the win, beating home Zipping Tedesco ($5) and Jewel Bee ($6) by five lengths in a time of 30.37.

He has raced over the track and trip on nine occasions for three wins and three placings, with a best time over the journey of 29.89.
Trainer Deering was impressed with his dog’s return to the track.
“I was happy with that run,” he said.
“He is probably one or two runs off his best with his fitness.”
Times Three’s last start was in the QGOLD Blitz Final at Albion Park on May 25, running last over the 331m trip.
In February, Times Three ran third in the Group 1 Gold Bullion Final behind Hello Mike and Jay Is Jay.
The Zambora Brockie x Kinslee dog has 17 wins and nine placings from 33 career starts and has earned $91,035 for connections.
Deering is aware of what his chaser is capable of as he prepares for his next campaign.
“As long as he pulls up fine, he will be back racing on Thursday night,” Deering said.
“The plan is to get him back racing as there’s a few good races coming up later in the year.”
