20-year old syndicator and greyhound racing enthusiast Jaycin Campbell is certainly making a name for himself in the industry, with abundance of enthusiasm and creativity to make a positive impact on the industry.

Having joined forces with one of Australia's most successful trainers in , Campbell has a clear and defined strategy of what he wants to achieve on the track with his ever growing team of chasers, which includes talented bitch , a winner of 4 from 9 attempts, including a 30.14 victory over the 510m at on Wednesday for trainer .

“Unfortunately, she wasn't making Mark money or I money either so we had to look at other options.”

“Ken Boody and his team were the perfect choice for her as they're extremely successful and we believed she would have the best chance of success at the tracks they compete at.”

By out of West On Jill, ‘Dixie' has become one of the familiar faces of Campbell's engaging social campaigns, which includes eye-catching content such as previews, reviews and one-on-one interviews with the likes of Gatt on both race and trial days.

“I've never studied anything to do with creative content, it's pretty much all self-taught.”

“I've always been a bit of an artistic person and one of the main things with social media and the syndication company is I want to be as clean and professional as possible and If I can beat anyone anywhere it's with that sort of stuff.”

His journey first began with 's winning his first two starts, including a slick 29.84 performance at for Gatt, which he said established themselves in the industry.

“Cambell Gamble's did what he had to do, he came out and won his first couple of races. It really helped our roll.

“We have 23 greyhounds in our care, which ranges from pups to a broodbitch we recently brought.

“We have 6 dogs at the breakers and have that next wave of dogs coming through.”

His advice for anyone looking to become involved in the sport is to take the initiative and own a greyhound, especially with the racing and prize money opportunities currently on offer in NSW.

Campbell also recently attended a new concept conducted by Greyhound Racing New South Wales (GRNSW) being a young participants forum and reiterated how great it was to see some fresh, new faces.

In addition, he added the industry needs to continue to encourage young people to become involved in a variety of different ways to ensure they maintain their continuation in the sport.
