Zoha Bale turns it on at Sandown
Zoha Bale took a dominant victory at Sandown Park on Thursday night, making it six straight wins.
The Mark Delbridge-trained chaser lined up in the 715m contest as race favourite, paying $1.25 with top online greyhound bookmakers.
At box rise, Osprey Athena ($8) got out to lead by two lengths, while the market elect was checked and fell to the rear.
Around the first bend, the leader stretched her advantage to eight lengths as the race looked to be won.
But Zoha Bale kicked into another gear and devoured the ground to beat home Ariarne Bale ($6.50) and Osprey Athena by six lengths in a time of 41.61.
