Dee Dee Corsair is resuming from around seven weeks off and he should be primed for a bold first up showing. He is normally blessed with brilliant early speed and tonight he has the luxury of slow beginners drawn either side. Being first up, he should ping the lids and he will prove far too zippy for these. Caramel Flirt comes here with strong NSW form and she has joined the strong Ray Murray kennel, she is normally a reliable beginner and she has a great turn of foot. Mr Garcia rounds out the winning chances, his form of late has been ordinary but he has finally drawn near the rail and he has won here previously in a more than handy 22.78.

Peggie has been racing in much stronger company of late and she appears perfectly placed in the two box. She has been doing most of her racing over the middle distances of late but she is armed with good early speed and she finds herself in a race which lacks genuine pace. Bisca Allen is another who is dropping in class and she is the obvious danger, back in May she looked very impressive when scoring a smart 22.84 Warragul win. Albo Gold looks well placed out wide and after four straight placings he appears to be getting closer to another win.
