Flying Zulu & Ethanol Water headline 2025 Temlee & Zoom Top
The Meadows is set to host a blockbuster night of greyhound racing on Saturday, February 8, with two of the sport’s most prestigious invitationals, the Group 1 Temlee (525m) and Group 1 Zoom Top (730m), taking centre stage alongside the 8 heats set for the Australian Cup.
The elite invitation-only races, part of the Australian Cup Carnival, will bring together some of the fastest sprinters and strongest stayers in the country, each vying for top honours and a significant prize purse.

Temlee – Flying Zulu draws perfectly in Box One
In the Temlee, all eyes are on Jason Thompson’s star trio as he aims for back-to-back victories in the race following Explicit’s triumph in 2024.
Flying Zulu ($2.30), who firmed after drawing box one, enters as the race favourite with the top greyhound bookmakers, looking to capitalise on the inside draw and extend his impressive record.
