Angle Park’s SA Match Race Challenge box draw & head to head greyhound races named
The 2022 SA Match Race Challenge (SA V Allstars) box draw was conducted at Greyhound Racing South Australia (GRSA) on Monday September 20 2022.
The first of the head-to-head match races will start at 7:22pm (SA time) with the match race series drawn officially as race three on the Thursday night Angle Park greyhound race program.
Match race two will race at 7:34pm, match race three at 7:43pm and match race four at 7:52pm.
All greyhounds will exit either boxes one or three.

Specifically, he head-to-head (H2H) greyhound match races will be:
- Stout Monelli (Allstars – Vic) v Fly For Trix (SA) @ 7.22pm
- Just A Sort (Allstars – QLD) v Giant's Flash(SA) @ 7.34pm
- Victa Grosso (SA) v Amron Boy (Allstars – Vic) @ 7.43pm
- Wow She's Fast (Allstars – Vic) v Mallee Magic (SA) @ 7.52pm
The GRSA grader has rated the four greyhounds from SA and the four greyhounds from the Allstars in order from 1 to 4, with No.1 being the highest rated greyhound from each group. The head-to-head matches have been decided by the two No.1 rated greyhounds competing against each other and then 2 v 2, 3 v 3 and 4 v 4.
Prizemoney for each individual match also reflects the seeding of greyhounds from 1 to 4, with the No.1 rated greyhound's racing for the most prizemoney in the head-to-head races.
Prizemoney for each Match will be range between $4,750 and $4,000 with unplaced $500 for each Match.
Overall the SA Match Race Challenge winner (based on overall times) will receive $7,500, second $2,500, third $1,000.
The winner of the SA Match Race Challenge (SA V Allstars) will be guaranteed a spot (if they accept) into the Group 1 $100,000 to the winner Adelaide Cup final on October 7 2022 and will not be required to contest the heats.
