Albion Park Thursday betting tips | October 19, 2023

Albion Park preview

is set to host an 11-race program on Thursday night from 6:28pm local time. The meeting is headlined by the Carina League Club fifth-grade final over the 520m, featuring the likes of Double Up Bill and Little Critter. Read on to see ARG's Albion Park betting tips for October 19.

Race 2: Hello Cyndie (3)

Hello Cyndie doesn't win out of turn, which has made it hard to pinpoint her as a betting proposition. She finds an ideal map here with both Blue Rex and Stormy Trench drawn inside her having speed and wanting to run off the track; likewise with Darryl Keeping directly outside her. With some 600m runs under her belt she will be a bit flat out of the boxes in this 520m affair, which will be perfect as she can lob on the rails behind this pack and hunt them down late.

Race 3: Inconspicuous (6)

started his career off in the best possible fashion, scoring his first three victories over the 520m at Albion Park — including a personal best of 29.96. He drew awkwardly in the Mick Dittman final and took a nasty fall, which has kept off the scene for 14 days. The -trained runner appears to be a tough character, as he has battled through checks in previous wins. He's drawn well in box six with a vacant box inside him, the speed of Away Game in four and Salah's Goal outside. Expect Inconspicuous to settle second and then wind down Away Game to win it.

Race 10: Champagne Jazzy (8)

Champagne Jazzy has has been in good form, mixing her distances between the 366m at and 395-520m at Albion Park. She was good when running second last Thursday over the 520m; jumping well from an outside box, she was closing in on the leader down the back straight before checking off heels and handing the race to Protagonist on a silver platter. Expect box eight to suit, and with a lack of speed drawn directly inside her, Champagne Jazzy can find a nice position heading out of the first turn.
