AFTER a sensational night of racing at Sandown Park last night, things are a little quieter today – but there is still plenty of quality greyhound racing, meaning that there are also a stack of winners to be found.
Australian Racing Greyhound‘s resident tipster, Brad Bugeja, has been studying the form from around the country to bring you today’s best bets.
Race 7: Be Two Bomber with William Hill
Be Two Bomber has been missing the kick of late but he is normally a much better beginner than that and with a clean getaway today he should be able to roll to the early lead and get the cash. This race isn’t overly strong and he appears to have a fair bit on his rivals. If you can get around the $3.50 mark that is a nice price.
Race 5: Sisco Wake with William Hill
His recent form doesn’t look too flashy but he is drawn to get a nice sit just off the speed and he should be right there at the business end. Two starts back he finished just outside the placings when beaten by Global Lad and this is a considerable class drop tonight. He should be each way odds and he appears to be a nice bet.
This race isn’t overly strong and he has been taking on much better company of late. If he can step away cleanly he should be able to settle in the top three or four and he will be quite strong in the run home. If you can get around $8 that is a great price and he is worth an each way ticket.
Race 5: 6 to rove with 7 & 8 ($2 for 100%)
Silver Label is a lid pinger and he should be rolling to the early lead. If he leads he should finish in the top two. Both the seven and eight are armed with good early speed and one of them should land behind him and fill the quinella spot.
Race 7: 6,7,8/6,7,8/1,3,4,6,7,8 ($24 for 100%)
Leg 1: 1,2,3,6 – Leg 2: 5,7,8 – Leg 3: 1,4,6,7 – Leg 4: 1,4
$96 for 100%
