Wentworth Park Greyhounds, Race 8 Box 5 Punch One Out. 9.50pm Nsw time
Absolute flying machine who I can't wrap enough. She tries really hard every time, and has found a bit since going to Jason Mackay's kennel. She always showed tremendous ability even when winning on the humble grass track at Casino, NSW. Now she's starring down the barrel of a $250,000 final berth next week. Will be perfectly suited by the box, and only needs to gain a clear passage from the get go to win. Expect Spud Regis to lead, and this girl to give him wind burn, turning for home.
The Meadows Greyhounds, Race 9 Box 3 Raucous, 9.57pm Vic Time
The ex Queenslander Raucous, has grown a leg since moving down south the the kennel of G. Jose. He flew around a couple of starts ago at Sandown in 34.27. And with a repeat of that he will flog these. He will be a short priced favourite, but he literally has no competition. I'll be shocked to see something beat him – just has to win. The more you put on the more you get back.!!
Cannington Greyhounds Race 1 Box 1 Flip Bale, 7.05pm W.A time
Flip Bale is perfectly boxed here tonight, and will give his backers a huge site. He has a PB of 30.69 but there's no doubt he can go much quicker that that. He will get the perfect run from the rails and only needs to step away to near these. He should be close to favourite with Just Tripping, but I expect him to salute in this.
