Shot To Bits is making his staying debut tonight and this excitement machine gives every indication that he will have no problems running it out. In recent weeks he has scored two breathtaking Bendigo wins over 660m and after breaking the track record in his first try, he took another three lengths off it the following week. Off the front mark he should burst to the early lead and it will be a matter of times and margins

Big Kat posted a top placing here three runs back and off the front mark tonight she should be in the mix again. She is normally a fairly reliable beginner and she should be able to settle in the top three early. Beks is off the back mark but he is racing in great form and with a clear run early he has enough talent to test the favourite, my only concern is that he may get too far back early from the back marker.

Lochinvar Cobra was poor in his heat last week tonight from the red draw he should step a lot better and I would expect him to make a big impact. He is yet to show any real form in his two race starts but he does great trial form and he is a member of the strong Greenough kennel. Soul Dancer led throughout in her smart 34.96 heat win and a repeat of that effort tonight would see her feature again. Bomber Title has had plenty of chances to win but he has been placed on ten occasions and he is never far away.

Vanger Bale is dropping considerably in class and from the favourable rails draw he should get every chance to score tonight. He has a speedy beginner drawn underneath and that should allow him to get a nice sit early and he will prove too strong in the run home. Ulla Allen is another who drops in class and she is armed with early speed, with a clean getaway she should settle in the top two early and figure prominently. Miss Tron led for a long way when placed here last week and she must be included in the exotics again.

Scenic Shot scored a sizzling 25.33 Shepparton heat win last week and he is drawn to get all the breaks again. I expect Blue Tartan will hold the early lead and that should allow him to get a nice sit early and he will then run over the top in the final stages. Punk Pirate is in rare form and he is the obvious danger. He has won here previously in a solid 30.34 and he is capable of going much quicker, my only concern is that he can miss the kick at times. Midnight Maid has on had the tow starts in Victoria but she is an improving type and she may go around at big over’s.

Zipping Snoopy looks perfectly placed in the pink draw tonight and with a heap of early speed drawn in underneath him, he should get a nice cart across in the early stages. He has a good record here and he recently beat a smart field when scoring a handy 29.68 Sandown Park win. Dyna Yenite should set a cracking pace and he tends to do his best racing over this track and trip. Dello Bale is the class factor but he can slow to begin at times and he may get shuffled back in the early stages. Tweak rounds out the winning hopes, he is a little hit or miss early but he has the ability to lead or come from off the speed in his races.

Allen Deed is one of the most in form chasers currently in training and he looks ideally placed in a wide draw. He has won four of ten over this track and trip and he has a sizzling 29.85 PB and he is capable of going much quicker than that at present. Mepunga Moss is much better than her recent form reads and she does her best racing from this draw. If she can ping the lids tonight she should give Allen Deed something to catch. Lektra Lethal was a strong 30.41 winner here two runs back and he can sneak into the minor money tonight, whilst Dyna Nico returned to form here last week and she has enough speed to settle in the top two.

Echelonic Action is aiming for a hat trick of wins and if he can avoid early trouble he should accomplish the feat. In his past two performances he has unleashed a powerful finishing burst and he appears to be back to his brilliant best. Smart Maxwell has set the pace in Echelonic Actions past two wins and he should set the pace again, obviously the last 50m is a worry again but if there is some shuffling behind him he may just steal the prize. Dynamic Punch could be the value, he is much better than his form reads and he should get plenty of room to muster speed from the pink draw.

Marcus Joe has won seven of 16 here and he should make a big impact again tonight. He is normally a very reliable beginner and if he reproduces his recent 29.46 winning effort at Sandown Park he will prove extremely hard to hold out. Nockabout Aussie is an enormous talent and if the gaps open for him mid race he will be charging over the top of them late in the race. Buckle Up Mason is super consistent and with a clean getaway he should be in a prominent position throughout. Campaspe Will is going to be well supported but he is going to need a lot of luck from the poor draw.

Zipping Spike is an exciting prospect and he recently powered to the line when scoring at Sandown Park in 34.26. In his past two wins he has shown enough early speed to suggest that he can settle in the top three tonight and he will then prove too strong. White Heart has a heap of talent but is very inconsistent, from the good draw he should get every chance to show his best form tonight. Penance Allen has the class edge and she should improve on her luckless efforts of late, whilst Black Kaden could run a big race at odds.

Santa’s Special is ideally drawn in the pink and she should run a bottler at nice odds. Three starts ago she beat a quality line-up when recording a speedy 25.88 Geelong win and a similar effort tonight would see her get the cash. Run Angel Run has won three of five here with a 30.12 PB, with a clean getaway she should be a major player for most of the journey. Viral Bale has experienced no luck at all of late and he is much better than his recent form reads.

Hekate Belle scored three brilliant provincial wins in August and if she can reproduce that form she will take a power of beating, she has been placed in two of her three tries here and she can show a great turn of speed soon after box rise. Bremer has the good draw and he was an impressive 30.28 Cranbourne winner from this draw in August. Radinka Bale will settle on the speed and she is rarely far away in her races.

Fabio has recorded three consecutive wins of late and on each occasion he has dominated from the outset. I expect that he will find the early lead again and he should be running around the 30 flat mark on the bunny. Dyna Lemmy is drawn to get the gun run and he is a highly talented type when he is on song. Conquer Fear is racing well at present and with a clear run in the first 50m he should be thereabouts.
